Common questions
Why do I only see one station?
The welcome station is free for everyone. Tap Sign in with Apple (it’s free) to see every station.
How do I chat with a DJ?
When a DJ is live and has chat switched on, a Chat tab appears in the player. Chats are private between you and the DJ.
What does Subscribe do?
Subscribing keeps your favorite stations at the top. Some stations are for subscribers only — the DJ approves each request and you get a notification when you’re in.
How do I get notified when a DJ goes live?
Open the DJs tab, pick a DJ and tap Follow. Make sure Live alerts are on in My Account.
I’m a DJ or a skating rink — how do I join?
Sign in to the app, open My Account and tap Request DJ access or Request rink access.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: My Account → Delete Account.
